In January, we celebrated the graduation of 25 young people from our intensive six-month mentorship program. These individuals, aged 15 to 22, were paired with experienced mentors who guided them through career exploration, financial literacy, college preparation, and personal growth workshops.
"My mentor didn't just help me with schoolwork — she helped me believe in myself," shared one graduate. The program culminated in a capstone project where each mentee presented a community service proposal.
